• If we do contract manufacturing then we also offer following papers.


• One paper every three months stating the application results of our products along with the suggested changes in the formulation if required so as to suit the Asian / Indian hair.


• A paper every year which lists the newer raw materials being introduced in the markets by various companies and if they can be beneficial to our product.

Terms and conditions in case of supply

• WE would require a token amount of 40% before starting the manufacturing


• Full amount has to be paid before the dispatch of goods.


• C forms in case of goods to be sent outside Delhi have to be given in advance or else the security amount has to be deposited which can be refunded once C forms are received.


• Other terms and conditions are negotiable and can be worked out across the table once we decide to finalize

Terms and conditions in case of contract manufacturing:

• We would require a security amount say $5000 or RS 200,000/- before we sign a contract so as to seek approval of other partners. However if approval is denied then this money will be returned within 15 days without any interest.


• We would take up the contract manufacturing for a minimum period of 5 yrs. A non-refundable security amounting to the value of goods desired to manufacture in three months would be kept with us. This security deposit would be without any interest and can be refunded after 5 yrs. In case the contract is breached for any specified/unspecified reason this security is nonrefundable.


• If any additional/improved machinery is required for the manufacturing then a security amounting to 50% of the cost of additional machinery would be taken. This again is refundable only after 5yrs.


• Other terms and conditions are negotiable and can be worked out across the table once we decide to finalize.
