Terms and Conditions

For Supply

• We take 50% advance before start of manufacturing and rest before dispatch.
• In case of interstate sales we take a security deposit of C form amount which is refunded when C form is received.
• We provide free sample to the tune of 500 ml. However if the client wants a specific color or perfume we charge RS 2000/- for the sample. However this amount is adjusted when the order is placed.
• We supply a minimum order of 500 kgs.
• We normally don't indulge in any contract manufacturing. In case the client wants the material we supply the material in 50 kgs/200 kgs barrels.
• We don't charge freight if the goods are to be delivered in NCR. (Minimum Order Quantity is 500 kgs). However if the order is less than 500 kgs, freight will be charged as actual.

• A security amount of Rs 1 crore and a written work contract proposal for 5 yrs. is to be submitted for the approval of the management. However, if the approval is denied, this amount can be adjusted in the sales price of goods over a span of 5 yrs.
• We don't permit anyone to enter the production premises as we develop and acquire patents.
